Your survey will show on the survey list.

Click the edit link that's in the same row as your survey. You'll see a screen like below. This is a blank survey builder page where you will add questions. NOTE: Screen shot below was taken during beta process so it may look a bit different than below. At this point you are ready to add a new question.

Question Parameters
The question parameters section allows you to add and edit questions in your survey. There are 10 different parameter settings for each question. For some questions the parameters have no effect because they do not apply (For example scale only applies to the matrix). The list below itemizes and describes each of the question types.
- SurveyID - Simply Identifies the survey, this is a read only property
- QuestionType - Allows selection of question type via a drop down list (see previous section for details of question types) .
- QuestionText - This is the actual text of the question you are asking. For example: how are you?
- QuestionOptions - This is the option list for for multi-option questions and the Matrix. Type each option on a separate line.
- SortOrder - Often times you will want to change the order of questions in your surveys. This number represents the questions order on the survey.
- DateAdded - Informational, date the question was added to the survey.
- Layout - Vertical and Horizontal are the options. Horizontal puts the question and options or input box on the same line. Vertical puts the question and each option or input box on different lines.
- Scale - Affects the Matrix only, the scale is the number of degrees to your answers. For example How do you feel about this? (1 Indifferent, 5 Good, 10 Great).
- Text field size - Allows you to specify the width of a text entry field (only affects text entry and notes/comments fields).
- Comment Field Rows (Comments/Notes only): The number of rows (height) of the comment field.
