- This page provides some basic information about the surveys you have created. To create a new survey click "Insert" at the bottom of the list. You can follow the directions on the next page to generate your survey.
- The column to the right of the survey title is your survey management console. The four provided links give you what you need to administer your surveys.
- Edit - Allows you to modify your survey and questions provided no results are registered against the survey.
- Host - Allows you to send the survey to a web server other than the one on which you created the server. This is useful if your company has strict policies about where pages are served from.
- Copy - Allows you to replicate a server and it's questions to a new survey.
- Results - The number in () indicates the number of results loaded from submissions. Submissions are loaded into the database every 15. Once you have resutls, you will no longer be able to edit your survey until you clear the existing results, this is intended to keep the survey's integrity.
- The Date Column shows when the survey was created
