Registration is very simple. The screens below illustrate the process.

1. From the login screen Click the "Click to Register" link.
   
   
   
2. Fill out the form completely. The fields marked by * are required. Then click the Register buttom (lower right)
   
   
   
3. You will be asked to confirm your registration. If you see an error, click the cancel button to return to the form.
   
   
4. You will be presented with your survey homepage. From here you can manage and create your surveys.
