Free Survey Builder

  A key component to customer satisfaction is knowing what your customers want or think about your products and services. Surveys are the quintessential tool for collecting that information. Free Survey Buidler is a great tool for building your surveys. It is very simple to use, and produces very simple online surveys.

  Simple is key. Many survey tools on the web over hype the look of the survey, requiring special browser capabilities such as JavaScript which is very often turned off or blocked in corporate environments. The result is an automatic filtering of your selection group to only those with Javascript and other technologies turned on. Hardly a good way to conduct a survey. Worse yet, the javascript requirement on many other web survey tools prevents the people who probably have something to complain about from reaching you.

Free Survey Builder Future

We will continue to improve Free Survey Builder because we believe it is easy to use and works for most basic survey needs. We are working on a commercial add on for Free Survey Builder that will enhance the tool in terms of analysis and survey flow.

Raw data has full results 

In past versions of Survey Builder the matrix and choose all that apply question types were displayed on the bar graph results. However these complex question types were not available in the RAW Data download. The latest update to Survey Builder includes data from both complex types. Now you can download the results and produce your own charts and graphs in Excel, lotus or OpenOffice.

Speaking of charts and graphs: the results chart now includes a raw data dump to excel format, this saves you the step of copying and pasting from the HTML results to excel. The standard HTML results screen is still available for quick reference to your results.

We have also improved the help section to include descriptions and examples of each question type.
